We are happy to congratulate a builder who exceeds all expectations with a home we’ve designed. David Benner and Safety Harbor Builders did just that for customers Mark and Rose of Boca Grande.

Preliminary Design started after a few informative phone interviews with the long distance clients. Rose provided an all important photo dream-book, revealing a clear design direction. “I was confident that our first Preliminary Design Package would ‘wow’ Mark and Rose and happily, it did,” said Jenkins. Over the following few months Jenkins worked closely with Mark & Rose and Safety Harbor Builders, making a few design changes along the way and one year ago, construction began on the 2892 sq. ft. home, right across from the beautiful Boca Grande beach and the Gulf of Mexico. David Benner’s aesthetic and building expertise, interior designer Michael Abeling input and not to mention Mark and Rose’s excellent taste in furnishings produced their own “just perfect resort home,” one they simply love.

And we love it when our customer’s dream home is realized! Especially when they are as flat-out cool as Mark and Rose are. I mean, how many homeowners throw a catered “thank you” party for all who worked on their home? So happy are we to have been their home’s designer!
