The Mediterranean-style Calabria House Plan was designed to offer views of the inviting Courtyard. Which is the center of this unique home from all main floor public rooms.
The 40’ wide Calabria lives large for its narrow footprint. Starting with the Main Entry Foyer, which rests at the landing of the stairs and offers a convenient coat closet. On either side is the Great Room to the rear of the house or the Dining Room, which leads to the open concept Kitchen and Breakfast area. A secondary entrance allows for convenient Guest Cabana access, near the Powder and Utility Room areas.
The Kitchen provides a high-functioning island and breakfast bar area, and is well lit from transom windows above the wall cabinets. Meanwhile tranquil views of the courtyard will make for a happy chef. The Pantry is tucked in the corner and is convenient to the Garage and Utility Room.
