Help after the sale

We are happy to answer any questions that you and/or your builder may have regarding our Pre-Drawn plans after the sale. Please feel free to call 800-241-1286, or email us at hello@wrightjenkinshomeplans.com.

Due to permitting requirements, Florida customers who wish to build from our Pre-Drawn plans will need to provide a number of items beyond what’s included in the stock plans. (True of any stock plans!) Wright Jenkins Home Design provides additional services to simplify the effort, and can work with your builder, to complete a “permit ready” set of plans. Building elsewhere but your builder requires additional information, drawings, etc.? We’re happy to help. Please have your builder contact us about the particulars!

Wright Jenkins Home Design works with a number of trusted South West Florida home builders. We also have long standing relationships with builders across Florida and several great builders in various states that are familiar building hi-performance homes from our Pre-Drawn plans and we are happy to make a referral upon request.
