The Alverado House Plan, is a Mediterranean-style classic. It offers incredible curb appeal with its triple slump-arched front porch. A paved courtyard sweeps past the entrance to access the 3-car garage, above which the Bonus Room rests with its balustrade balcony. The staircase tower is topped with square windowpanes and exposed rafter tails, creating an element of height pinning the home’s two main wings together.
