The Springville House Plan is a four bedroom version of our best selling Summerville 109 plan. It’s been updated with a modern farmhouse styling, its glass garage door and casement windows give it a contemporary feel. Dark charcoal elements like the vents that accent the gabled peaks and wrought-iron roof stays that support the metal shed roofs.
The sheltering front porch leads to a foyer overlooking the open space of the great room, dining and kitchen areas. Sliding glass doors and large windows reveal the backyard views and bring in loads of sunlight.
INDOOR OUTDOOR LIVING
The spacious Great Room reveals double glass sliders that open to the covered Lanai. Perfect for entertaining. Easy accessibility to the Kitchen makes serving meals a breeze. There’s plenty of room at the breakfast bar for those “on the go,” and a direct exit to the garage. A pantry closet is just around the corner from the Kitchen and makes easy access for grocery delivery.
