How the Modification Process Works
Stock home plans can be modified to meet your specific needs. Here's how the process of creating a home plan modification works:
Step #1: Once you have found the Wright Jenkins plan you like, you will need to fill out the Modification Request Form.
Step #2: We will review your request and investigate the time and difficulty involved in making your modifications. Based on the amount of time needed we will give you an estimate for the cost of the modification. This steps takes between 3 and 5 business days. We may contact you for clarification during this process.
Step #3: We will send you an estimated cost for the modification. If you agree the project gets moved forward after a deposit is made. Along with the modification deposit you'll also need to purchase the plan.
Step #4: We will send you a review set for your comments and/or approval. After you approve of your modifications you will pay the balance of the Modification after which we will complete the plans and send them to you.

Modifications May Cost More than the Stock Plan
Modification costs can easily exceed the cost of the plan itself. This is based on the minimum amount of time any modification even a minimal one will take.
