Refund policy

Because all products sold through our website are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are generally final.

Digital Product Refunds
Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, emailed, or otherwise made accessible to the customer, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• PDF plan packages
• CAD files
• Construction drawings
• Material lists
• Plan modifications
• Any other digital products

Order Errors
If you believe you received the wrong files or your order was processed incorrectly, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase. We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to provide the correct files.

Damaged or Corrupted Files
If a file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened, we will provide a replacement file at no additional charge.

Plan Suitability
Customers are responsible for reviewing plan details, dimensions, specifications, and local building requirements before purchasing. Wright Jenkins Home Plans cannot guarantee that any plan will meet specific site conditions, homeowner preferences, HOA requirements, zoning regulations, engineering requirements, or local building codes.

Modification Services
Because modification services involve custom design work and professional time, deposits and fees paid for modifications are non-refundable once work has begun.
