Legal notice

IMPORTANT: Purchasing a plan package grants a license to use the design; it does not transfer ownership of the design or copyright.

Grant of License
Upon purchase, Wright Jenkins Home Plans grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased plans for construction purposes subject to the terms below.

Single-Build License
Unless otherwise specified in writing, each plan purchase includes a license for the construction of one (1) residential structure.

Additional structures built from the same design require the purchase of an additional license.

Ownership of Design
All copyrights, design rights, intellectual property rights, and ownership interests remain exclusively with Wright Jenkins Home Plans, aka" "Energy Smart Home Plans, LLC."

Restrictions
The purchaser may not:

• Sell, distribute, or share the plans with third parties
• Reproduce plans for resale
• Upload plans to public websites
• Create derivative plan products for sale
• Transfer the license to another party without written consent
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

Modifications
Plans may be modified for the purchaser's personal construction project; however, modified plans remain derivative works protected by the original copyright.

Modification of plans does not transfer ownership rights to the purchaser.

Engineering and Site Adaptation
Additional engineering, foundation design, structural review, or site-specific modifications may be required depending on local codes, environmental conditions, and permitting requirements.

The purchaser is responsible for obtaining any required engineering, permits, approvals, and professional reviews.

No Warranty
Plans are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination
Any violation of this License Agreement automatically terminates the granted license and may result in legal action to protect intellectual property rights.
