At Wright Jenkins Home Plans, all products are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical products.

Digital Delivery
All stock home plans, CAD files, PDF files, and modification packages purchased through our website are delivered digitally via email, secure download link, or customer account access, depending on the product purchased.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard stock plan files are typically delivered within one-two (1-2) business day(s) of order processing and payment confirmation.
Customized or modified plans require additional processing time. Estimated delivery schedules for modified plans will be provided during the design and revision process.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

No Physical Shipping
Because all products are digital, there are:

No shipping charges
No shipping carriers involved
No tracking numbers issued
No physical documents or printed plans mailed

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they can receive electronic files. If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with delivery.

File Access and Downloads
Digital files should be downloaded and saved promptly upon receipt. We recommend maintaining backup copies of all purchased files for your records.
