The Aruba House Plan is a tropical courtyard plan has it all. Enter the courtyard thru a covered portico and gate. Just inside, a tropical oasis greets you. A column-lined pool area guides you to the main entry. Double doors lead to a large living area with vaulted ceiling. Directly ahead is an open Dining Room and Kitchen. The spacious Kitchen affords plenty of countertop space and offers a breakfast bar at the central island. Quick access to the garage makes unloading groceries a breeze. A wet bar services both the Dining Room and Great Room areas. A convenient Powder Bath is located at the rear of the Great Room and also serves as a cabana bath for the pool.

The first floor hallway leads to the secluded Owner’s Suite with French door access to the terrace. Dual walk-in closets precede the sumptuous Owner’s Bath. All the amenities are accounted for; dual vanities, soaking tub, walk-in shower and private privy.

The Utility Room is neatly tucked under the second-floor stairs, conveniently outside the master suite.

The second story is open to the first floor at the top of the stairs. A hallway leads to both bedrooms that share a common bath. A triple-set of French doors bring in lots of light, and gives access to the covered balcony overlooking the pool area.
