The Bonair House Plan is a tropical cottage that greats you with an elevated front porch lined with chamfered columns and a white picket railing. Triple shed dormers pop thru the standing seam metal roof of the main house, and a single dormer is repeated over the attached Garage. The main dormers flood light into the Kitchen, Dining and Great Room’s public spaces. The vaulted ceiling adds grandeur and volume to the open concept living spaces. A wall of glass sliders open the Great Room to the “L” shaped Lanai with columns lining the steps down to the pool area. Built-ins flank the main wall with a pocket door accessing the convenient Powder Room, Utility Room, Stairs and Garage entry.
