The Cocoplum House Plan offers both the cozy farmhouse feel, and the crisp clean lines of a new modern styling. A triple set of French doors open to the expansive front porch. The front triple dormers above have matching dormers in the rear. They provide plenty of light into the soaring 17’6” vaulted ceiling that  covers the great room and dining room area.

GRAND ENTERTAINING
Stepping into the Foyer opens to the vast living space that offers views of the rear Porch through a series of three French doors.  It’s the perfect setting for indoor/outdoor entertaining. The off-center fireplace is surrounded by built-ins making it a focal point of the great room. The gourmet kitchen supplies a large eat-at island for both preparation and serving guests. Storage abounds with a quick-grab cupboard and a walk-in pantry tucked behind the main kitchen wall. 

Just behind the Kitchen is a spacious Laundry Room. Next door is a much needed mud bench for hanging and shoe storage, which then leads to a convenient powder bath.

Designed into the Cocoplum House Plan, are exclusive energy-saving techniques. When built to these specs, it can result in a 50% savings when compared to other new homes. An even bigger savings of 60-70% when compared to older homes.
