The Cocoplum House Plan offers both the cozy farmhouse feel, and the crisp clean lines of a new modern styling. A triple set of French doors open to the expansive front porch. The front triple dormers above have matching dormers in the rear. They provide plenty of light into the soaring 17’6” vaulted ceiling that covers the great room and dining room area.
GRAND ENTERTAINING
Stepping into the Foyer opens to the vast living space that offers views of the rear Porch through a series of three French doors. It’s the perfect setting for indoor/outdoor entertaining.
