The Heyworth House Plan offers a welcoming front porch that is topped with a central shed dormer that floods the foyer with natural light. Mixed horizontal and bead-board siding is topped by side-gabled roofs and shuttered windows are symmetrically balanced.
Through the front door the long Foyer leads past pocket doors that lend privacy to the Guest Bedroom/Study and 3/4 Bath at the front of the home. The stairs is sandwiched between the coat closet and garage door that makes for easy access whether you are coming or going. Next down the Foyer is the Laundry Room complete with ample counter space and sink.
The Hayworth House Plan has a spacious great room that flows into the kitchen and dining area. Glass sliding doors provide easy access to the large Rear Porch that is framed by four classic columns. The galley Kitchen also offers a door to the Rear Porch and a Pantry helps define the space. A double sink is centered in the island that offers easy serving to guests while dining.
