The Monroe House Plan offers a more contemporary/craftsman style. Overlapping gables reveal decorative pediments with shaker shingles and white molding accents. An elevated covered entry is surrounded by a stacked stone water table. Just inside the entry is the Foyer with long range views straight out the rear of the home.
