Muriel House Plan

The two story Muriel was designed for a growing family that was lucky enough to live in Florida’s Panhandle.

The master suite on the main floor was a “must have” as was the den that also serves as an overflow guest suite. As usual, instead of a half bath, a full bath adjacent the den makes a fifth bedroom possible. Upstairs, there are three guest bedrooms and two full baths for the children. There is also a porch on the second floor located right above the covered, rear lanai.

A pantry separates the formal dining area from the large kitchen. Disappearing pocketing sliders connect the great room with the lanai. The private master suite has access to the rear Lanai as well. The master suite has two walk-in closets, a naturally lit entry. The well equipped master bath has a separate soaker tub and large walk-in shower. 

The centrally located u-shaped staircase provides a view upstairs, while brightening the internal area. The two car garage is connected to the main floor through a utility and large mud room, a perfect combination for the busy family!

The exterior is a great example of French Country style. Features such as dual pitched hip roof, the wide entry porch and stately round tapered columns enhance it’s curb appeal. Decorative architectural appointments such as shutters, flower boxes and iron railings enhance the French Country look and feel.
