A prominent open balcony tops the Nadia’s covered main entrance. While white picket railings line the steps that take you to the elevated entrance of this coastal cottage.

Just inside the front door, a long foyer takes in views of the rear, through sliding glass doors. An open arrangement of the formal rooms progresses into the plan without restrictions, bounded only by rear views. Retreating glass doors and windows permit the living and dining spaces to extend to the Rear Porch and Catwalk.
