The Nokomis House Plan features the option of four Bedrooms and open-living flow, for a narrower lot footprint. Large porches add wonderful outdoor space.
The main living areas open to the huge Rear Porch through walls of glass and French Doors. The focus on gathering is easily seen in the Great Room, Dining, and oversize Kitchen. The Kitchen opens to a full casual Nook area that has a wall of built-ins.
