The Tobago House Plan is a coastal cottage that offers plenty of living in a compact footprint. A stucco first floor is framed with decorative roof brackets, chamfered columns and shuttered faux window, while above the second story is complemented with horizontal siding and a Balcony with white picket railing. The covered Car Port steps up to the elevated and sheltered entry door.
OPEN CONCEPT LIVING
The well-lit Foyer opens to 10-foot ceilings and a very spacious Great Room and Dining Room area. A wall-of-glass-sliders open up the rear covered Lanai and bring the outdoors in. The open Kitchen offers a breakfast bar area for casual dining. A Powder Room conveniently serves these public spaces.
A private Owner’s Suite is tucked in the rear of the home and includes access to the Rear Porch. The Owner’s Bath offers dual sinks, walk-in shower and a Linen niche next to the walk-in closet.
