The Mediterranean-style Venosa Home Plan is rich in amenities such as a luxurious Owner's wing, 10-foot ceilings, tray ceilings, generous porches and a unique Guest Bedroom private porch.

The exterior starts with an interesting roof line with multiple gables that are accented with round vents providing great curb appeal. Tapered stone columns support an arched sheltering entry.

In the plan design of this home, special care has been taken to make this split bedroom plan live larger, in less space.

The Rear Porch has private access from the Owner's Suite. As always, the bedrooms and baths are buffered from the public areas.
