This modern coastal home keeps a very low profile. A symmetrical front facade pairs angled wings that meet at the covered entry. Contemporary clean lines follow around the courtyard that is created by opposing 2-car garages. Double doors open to the foyer lit by transom windows far above.

The dramatic great room lies directly ahead and fans out completely with pocketing sliders to the massive covered lanai. The great room is surrounded by the gourmet kitchen and open dining and powder room. The outdoor kitchen with bar and fireplace make for grand entertaining, while a pool bath completes the setting. Directly behind the kitchen is a convenient walk-in pantry and laundry room.
