This bold contemporary-style craftsman home has multiple gables that accentuate the roof line. Rough stacked stone is contrasted with panels of charcoal board and batten siding. A copper roof and lanterns greet your guests with a spacious covered entry. A soaring 13-foot ceiling bounces light from three transom windows in the foyer. To the left are sliding barn doors granting access to the spacious study. While just beyond the foyer is a bar with a wine closet and fridge for serving drinks.

Open concept living defines the area that wraps around the rear covered lanai. Glass sliders open up both the great room and dining areas, perfect for entertaining inside and out. The L-shaped kitchen keeps the focus on the large eat-at-island with seating for four. The great room’s main attraction is the built-in wall with fireplace and comfortable sitting area.

The split bedroom plan keeps the owner’s suite secluded to one side of the home. Glass sliders access the rear porch. The stunning spa tub and shower are lit by more transom windows at the front of the home. Double vanities and spacious his and hers walk-in closet complete the owner’s suite.
