The Mediterranean style Brandolini was designed for a growing family. Arched windows and doors enhance the Spanish style. The triple dormers and elevated covered entry enhance it’s curb appeal.

The Owner’s Suite on the main floor was a “must have” as was the den that also serves as an overflow guest suite. As usual, instead of a half bath, a full bath adjacent the den makes a fifth bedroom possible. Upstairs, there are three guest bedrooms and two full baths for the children. There is also a porch on the second floor located right above the Rear Porch.

A pantry separates the formal dining area from the large kitchen. Disappearing pocketing sliders connect the great room with the lanai. The private Owner’s Suite has access to the Rear Porch as well. The Owner’s Suite has two walk-in closets, a naturally lit entry. The well equipped Owner’s Bath has a separate soaker tub and large walk-in shower. 

The centrally located u-shaped staircase provides a view upstairs, while brightening the internal area. The two car garage is connected to the main floor through a utility and large mud room, a perfect combination for the busy family!
