The Buena Vista House Plan is a great example of what our two-story customers are after today. Their wishes start with spaces full of natural bright light and incorporating the indoor and outdoor living.
Just as important to our customers is a Master Suite on the Main Floor as well as the Den. Rather than a half bath for guests, we encourage a full bath adjacent the Den so that the Den can be furnished as an additional Guest Bedroom. So the Buena Vista is a four Bedroom, four Bath home plus Den/5th Bedroom. Upstairs, there’s also a Loft and a terrific Game Room with full bar, but more on that later…

This house was designed to entertain! The Formal Dining, the extra-large Nook and huge Kitchen are generous enough, but when open, the Great Room’s disappearing pocketing sliding glass doors merge the huge 490 Sq. Ft. covered Lanai with the living area. Open to the Upper Floor, the Great Room’s volume ceiling tops out at 22 feet. The very usable Loft above is awash in natural light with a wall of windows at the front of the home while it has a view of the Great Room below.
