This distinctive Mission-style villa is reminiscent of a grand Californian vernacular. The Caliza’s front facade is a palette of large, simple planes of white stucco punctuated by recesses, slender windows and curved edges. Gabled peaks are accented with wrought-iron cross brackets.

The side load garage with parabolic window surrounds the front courtyard, while curved steps lead up to the bumped out entry.

A sculpted archway provides a grand arrival to the entry’s arched double doors. Inside the vaulted entry chamber, the focus of attention is on the art niche with wide open views on both sides.

READY FOR ELEGANT ENTERTAINING

Drama and grandeur abound with curved glass views of the Dining and Living Rooms’ idyllic backdrop. A wide-open arrangement of public rooms allow for the overlap of multiple areas. The dramatic oval Dining Room juts out onto the covered lanai, providing long range views from either side. A dry bar and a wet bar provide food and drink service, while at the same time sheltering diners from the entry foyer.

The gourmet kitchen with two islands offers its central focus on the Family Room and nearby Dining Room. The layout provides quick access to the walk-in pantry, laundry room and powder bath.

A double arched vestibule leads to the secluded master wing. The spacious bedroom opens to the covered lanai. While a well appointed master bath offers an extra large walk-in shower and dual vanities. An oversized His and Hers wardrobe closet complete the master suite.

Curved windows jut out onto the open balcony. An exercise room sits directly across from the oval Office with a main window viewing the front driveway.
