The Creekside is a Modern Mountain-style design, that is defined by its low-pitched hip roofs, deep overhangs and rustic stacked stone water table. The covered entry projects a sturdiness with its wide stacked-stone columns, topped with a metal roof. Contemporary front door and windows give this home a modernistic flair.

The foyer is lit by a transom window above, while sliding barn doors give access to the spacious study. Just beyond the foyer is a wine bar and gallery that connects the split bedroom plan.

The open concept living area wraps around the Rear Porch. Glass sliders open up both the Great Room and Dining areas, perfect for entertaining inside and out. A fireplace both inside and out makes for cozy entertaining.

The covered Rear Porch is spacious enough for comfortable gatherings in front the of a crackling fire. Food and drinks are served from the outdoor kitchen and bar.

Inside the L-shaped kitchen keeps the focus on the large eat-at-island. The kitchen’s main attraction is the built-in wine closet, enclosed in glass and convenient to the dining room.

The Owner’s Suite is secluded to one side, the guest suites on the other. The stunning spa tub and shower are lit by more transom windows at the front of the home. Double vanities and spacious his and hers walk-in closet complete the Owner’s Suite.

Private entrances to both guest suites each with their own full bath and walk-in closets.

Just off the Garage is a mud bench with valet and nearby Powder Room. The laundry room completes this area with convenient access for everyone.
