The open layout, Gianni Home Plan was designed for smart, efficient living. It is great for daily living or even entertaining and lives much larger than its modest square footage would normally provide.

The split plan has an owner Owner’s Suite with a full, luxurious Bathroom, 10-foot detailed ceilings, and dual closets. High glass allows natural light to fill the bath.

The well-lit Foyer opens next to the Den and obtains spacious views of the Great Room beyond.

The Kitchen with eating island promotes family gathering. It is open to the main areas giving it a large feel.

The Rear Porch offers a wonderful outdoor entertaining area. It is easily accessible from the Great Room through French Doors.

The split bedrooms and bath have privacy from the main area.

The Utility/Mud Room combination rests at the Garage entry and provides a closet for stackable washer and dryer next to the wash-up sink. The second floor stairs leads to a Bonus Room with vaulted ceiling, ¾ Bath, walk-in closet and Morning Kitchen. This could easily be converted to a 4th Bedroom.
