A southern charmer, the Hartwell House Plan, is long on amenities and curb appeal. A welcoming front porch is lined with chamfered columns and topped with a copper metal roof. Gables punctuate the shaker roof line with prominent vents. Horizontal siding is mixed with a rough stone water table as a base.

A Foyer opens up to the public spaces and has easy access to a coat closet. Other amenities such as a private Owner's Suite and luxurious Bath, 10-foot ceilings, and generous porches. An Energy-Smart carefully designed split bedroom home, entertains and lives even larger than the area shows.
