This Florida vernacular home design is a classic. The Islamorada House Plan, is perfect for outdoor living with its generous covered Lanai. The front facade’s pair of gables are supported by elegant white brackets, and topped with a metal roof. Its wide open front porch is lined with double-chamfered columns. A stone water table adds weight and texture to the mixed siding of stucco and bead board. The centered front door is surrounded by side lights while matching casement windows brings in the natural light. Shutters on the second-story windows and roof tails supporting the overhang completes the coastal style.

Enter thru double doors to the Foyer with grand views out the back of the home. A formal Dining Room is on the right and a Den/Optional Guest Room is on the left. This room has access to its own full bath with also opens to the stairs.

READY FOR ELEGANT ENTERTAINING

The generous Great Room is stunning with its vaulted ceiling and a wall of pocketing glass sliders that open to the covered Lanai. The gourmet Kitchen takes in all the views and offers easy access to the public areas. An extra-large eat-at-island is perfect for casual dining. There is plenty of room for a walk-in Pantry that is just around the corner from the stairs and Laundry/Elevator access.
