The Manolo House Plan is a beautiful coastal cottage with plenty of outdoor living opportunities. It’s most distinguishing feature is a 17-foot vaulted ceiling that runs from the front shuttered window to back of the home.

The welcoming deep porch is a perfect evening hangout spot. The pivot door opens to a foyer with vaulted ceilings. With the stairs and elevator on the left, and study on the right. Guests will be greeted with a wine bar just around the corner. Beyond is the great room with a 16-foot wall of glass cornering sliders. This room and the dining room completely opens up to the outside. It’s perfect for hosting big parties or just enjoying cool evenings with the family. The covered Rear Porch is wide and deep enough for al fresco dining with an outdoor kitchen, and a powder bath that is just steps away. A ten-foot island graces the gourmet kitchen with butler’s and walk-in pantry nearby and a laundry room around the corner. The spacious great room connects all the living spaces.

The owner’s suite completes the entire right side. A private entrance secludes the bedroom with vaulted ceiling and sitting room.
