Enter thru the covered front porch of the Montclair House Plan and the Foyer then takes you to the public spaces. The massive Great Room and Dining Room area is expanded with a vaulted ceiling. Family living and entertaining spills out to the Rear Porch.

This spacious split plan provides maximum privacy for its secluded Owner’s wing. The Owner’s Suite provides his and hers walk-in closets that separate the bedroom from the bath.
