The Sherbrooke House Plan is loaded with Energy-Smart signature amenities, like 10-foot ceilings, lighted niches, and a luxurious Owner's Suite with His and Hers walk-in-closets. Thoughtful design makes the Sherbrooke one of the smaller Wright Jenkins plans; it “lives” so much larger than the numbers show.

Overlapping gables make a strong statement, while the front porch is topped with a standing seam metal roof. Mixed shingle and bead board siding pair up with prairie style windows to complete the Arts & Craft style

Just beyond the Foyer is the wide open spaces of the Great Room, Kitchen and Dining areas. The Kitchen provides a generous island with attached pantry, and delivers easy access to serving the Dining Room guests.

The spacious Great Room offers a fireplace and glass sliding doors to open up the Rear Porch. Also featured is a large Front Porch and Rear Porch, a tucked-away Utility Room and generous Guest Bedrooms.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are privately buffered from the public areas of the home, a design feature present in all of the Wright Jenkins plans.

Affordable luxury, leaving less of a footprint.

Designed into the Sherbrooke House Plan, are exclusive energy-saving techniques. When built to these specs, it can result in a 50% savings when compared to other new homes. An even bigger savings of 60-70% when compared to older homes.
