Southern Classic in style, the Silverton House Plan begins with lots of curb appeal. Prominent stately-columns frame the window to the two-story Foyer. An interesting roofline is punctuated with vented gables, while the covered Entry shelters a single door with side light.
The grand Foyer opens to reveal the grand staircase leading to the elegant Bridge and Loft above. A coat closet is tucked into a private entry to the Den. Long-range views open the Great Room up, with a cozy fireplace surrounded by built-ins making a grand statement. French doors open the Great Room to the covered Porch and are topped with a magnificent coffered ceiling. The formal Dining Room is within easy access of the open Kitchen with Breakfast Bar and island sink. A corner Pantry completes this gourmet Kitchen that is just around the corner from the spacious Utility Room.
The covered rear Porch is lined with stately columns and offers an Outdoor Kitchen as well.
