The Solento’s solid, clean lines and two-story Palladian window support its contemporary form. Dark wood accents and low-pitched roofs soften the crisp lines. Triple stacked windows punctuate tall smooth stucco columns. Horizontal elements cross over edges and enforce this contemporary design.

Grand views await inside the Foyer with its 24-foot ceiling. Just past the open living spaces are views that open up to 18’ pocketing sliders. The dining room floats between the kitchen and great room with plenty of space.

Two islands make the kitchen ready to everyday or special events. The kitchen is just past the wine room behind Crittal Glass.  Just around the corner is a spacious Butler’s Pantry with additional refrigerator.

A warm fireplace surrounded by built-ins hugs the far wall. A 26-foot volume ceiling adds to the drama. The Family Room is on the other-side of the kitchen with a Cabana Bath with shower readily accessible. The Owner’s Suite commands the opposite side of the home, front to back.
