The Trevor House Plan is full of Energy-Smart features, such as dropped soffits that conceal the A/C Ducts and the Air Handling Unit (AHU) closet are all within the conditioned space. These important elements make the Trevor super energy efficient while at the same time every square inch of living space has been maximized. Making the home “live” much larger than the square foot numbers show.

This southern classic-style home presents a symmetrical front façade topped with a set of three gables and offers a sheltered entry.

The well-lit Foyer with its convenient coat closet offers sight lines to the rear of the home with its open plan Kitchen and Great Room area.
