A graceful West Indies rendition makes the Viola plan a perfect coastal retreat. Stairs glide up to the prominent front entry. Thick chamford columns support a gabled roof balcony above the main entrance. Teak-style shutters frame the windows and doors while colored awnings shield the front porch and windows. This courtyard entrance welcomes you with a tropical oasis.

The 8-foot deep porch welcomes you home. A gracious double door entry opens to the foyer with two-story high ceilings, with views of the bridge beyond. Stairs and elevator on the right, and piano music on the left, wet bar and wine bar, just around the corner. Beyond is the great room with its fireplace and 16-foot wall of glass pocketing sliders. This room completely opens up to the outside and has vaulted ceilings above. The dining fits loosely between the great room and kitchen. A 9-foot island graces the gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry and laundry behind it. The covered lanai is wide and deep enough for al fresco dining with an outdoor kitchen by the stairs. A powder/pool bath completes the public spaces. Three guest suites with full baths and private entrances finish off the main floor.
