Wright Jenkins Home Plans can be customized
Do you have a WJHP design that almost meets your needs but needs to be modified? There may be aspects of more than one of our home plans that you would like to incorporate into your customized dream home. Let us help you!
Please provide the following information via email or the form below:
Determine the name and number of the plan that best meets your needs, along with the features of other WJHP plans that appeal to you.
Please list any questions you have regarding your favorite home plan and WJHP home plans generally. WJHP custom designed home plans can have a variety of conditions, different foundations, wall materials (usually frame or block), roof material and pitch, etc. We are happy to answer your questions!
Please send us a dimensioned survey or plat if your future home will be expanding. Please include building setbacks and easement information if applicable. (Regardless, you want to be sure that your dream home will fit on the property. We cannot be responsible for information we don't have.)
Make a bullet point list of the changes you'd like to make. Make sure you are as thorough as possible! We quote modifications based on the number of hours it will take one of our CAD experts to make the changes. (Hint: Tell us exactly how your custom dream home will differ from the existing stock plan. We can figure out how to make it happen!) Please note that additional changes after the fixed price quote has been provided will likely increase the modification fee.
Last but not least, attach your notes and sketches to a printed floor plan(s) and the front image if necessary. (Don't be shy! You don't have to be an artist or a draftsman. All information assists us in providing an accurate modification quote.)
